Completing You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep for Tina, in Tundra Express, grants us access to the next optional mission, known as Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: RSVP.

After meeting up with Tiny Tina in Tundra Express and completing her part in A Train to Catch story mission, we can go and talk to her again to activate the Borderlands 2 You Are Cordially Invited: Party Prep optional mission.

Borderlands 2 No Hard Feelings is one of the side-missions that can be activated in Tundra Express region.

After we save Roland in A Dam Fine Rescue mission, we can return to Sir Hammerlock at Moxxis bar in Sanctuary to get another optional mission from him, called Borderlands 2 Mighty Morphin.

Borderlands 2 A Train to Catch, is given to us at the end of A Dam Fine Rescue, when we save Roland from the Hyperion prison.

Borderlands 2 Tundra Express is an area from Frozen Wastes region thats opened for us later in the game, during one of the main missions. Even if this is a bit smaller than some previous areas in Borderlands 2, there are plenty of missions that can be completed here.

After we finish A Train to Catch story mission, we can go back to Sanctuary and consult the bounty board there, to find out that a new mission is available to us; a mission named Borderlands 2 The Good the Bad and the Mordecai.

Borderlands 2 Out of Body Experience mission can be activated if we head back to Bloodshot Stronghold after A Dam Fine Rescue story mission.

Completing A Dam Fine Rescue story mission grants us access to some other optional missions including the Borderlands 2 Splinter Group optional mission.

In Borderlands 2, Bloodshot Stronghold and Bloodshot Ramparts are two small areas (one indoor and one outdoor) that are story related, meaning we will only visit them once the story allows us.

In The Dust area we will meet with a new NPC called Ellie. If we speak with her (at Ellies Garage) we can get an optional mission known as Borderlands 2 Positive Self Image.

When we first travel to The Dust, we have the opportunity to activate an optional mission (Borderlands 2 Too Close For Missiles) by speaking to a character named Loggins, whos located in Ellies Garage.

Borderlands 2 The Dust is the first largest area featured in the video game, and can be visited using the northern exit point from Three Horns Valley. We can travel here whenever we want, and we can acquire some optional missions from the NPCs in this specific region. Even if we decide not to enter…

Borderlands 2 A Dam Fine Rescue is the next important story mission we receive at the end of Hunting the Firehawk mission, by speaking to Lilith in Frostburn Canyon.

Borderlands 2 Neither Rain nor Sleet nor Skags is a failable mission that is available after restoring the power at Happy Pig Motel in Three Horns Valley (No Vacancy mission); by consulting the bounty board available there.

Borderlands 2 No Vacancy mission can be triggered by finding the note from the owner of the Happy Pig Motel (which is actually an ECHO recorder held with a knife on the panel of the bounty board) in Three Horns Valley.

In Borderlands 2, Three Horns Valley becomes available to us when we first travel to Three Horns Divide, but its not in a good idea to go there unless we acquire some optional missions from Sanctuary or until we complete Hunting the Firehawk story mission.
