The second mission in Borderlands 2, Blindsided, is also triggered automatically, but after we complete My First Gun mission. In this mission we have to kill a big Bullymong monster, called Knuckle Dragger, to retrieve Claptraps stolen eye.

Borderlands 2 Blindsided mission starts in Claptraps igloo (Windshear Waste), where the robot is attacked. Once we complete it, we can move towards the next zone, known as Southern Shelf.
Description
After Handsome Jack left you for dead in Windshear Waste, you escaped the cold and met a CL4P-TP General Purpose Robot the last of his kind on Pandora. He has enlisted you as his minion; you are to help him kill Jack and save Pandora.
Before you can do any of that, however, you will need to deal with a slightly pressing matter: Claptraps eye has been ripped out by a bullymong, and you must help him retrieve it.

Walkthrough
Right after we acquire the pistol from the cabinet we can go forward to search for the monster that ripped Claptraps eye. After that, we just need to follow the robot until we encounter our first enemies in the game, some low level Bullymongs, to be familiarized with the games shooting mechanics.
Next, we descend some cliffs and Claptrap will get trapped in the snow. Now, we need to take care of some enemies in order to protect him, and after that we need to get him out from the snow.
Shortly after this, we arrive in the area where KnuckleDragger is presented to us by a short cutscene. This fight isnt a hard one, especially if we move around a lot. Its recommended that we try to aim for the head, so that the monster can take some critical damage. Also, in the middle of the fight, several weaker enemies will emerge from the walls of this area.
After we defeat all enemies we need to search the area in order to collect Claptraps eye. Next, we need to go and meet Sir Hammerlock, located in the town of Liars Berg (Southern Shelf area). We just follow Claptrap, and after the door is opened we complete the mission by speaking with him.
Before we go to the next area, we might want to loot all the chests inside the room.
Combat Tip: While fighting Knuckle Dragger, staying mobile is essential to avoid his leap-attacks. When the minions spawn, we kill them first, and then we focus on the boss.
