Borderlands 2 Neither Rain nor Sleet nor Skags is a failable mission that is available after restoring the power at Happy Pig Motel in Three Horns Valley (No Vacancy mission); by consulting the bounty board available there.

Being a failable mission means that if we fail to complete it within the allotted time or constraints well have to try again.
For the Borderlands 2 Neither Rain nor Sleet nor Skags side-mission we have to deliver the mail within the time frame, by picking up some packages and deliver them to the mailboxes.
Description
The Pandora Postal Service, owned and operated by one Lance Scapelli, is in need of a new courier after the previous one was crippled by the Bloodshot clan. Scapelli has hired you to deliver packages to the various mailboxes scattered around Three Horns within a certain amount of time.

Walkthrough
Given the fact that this is a timed mission, its best that we prepare ourselves a vehicle, and only then we climb the yellow bus and grab the box we find there. From this moment on, the clock will start ticking.
We get inside our vehicle and go to the west side of the map, at the small settlement thats built on water (The Frostsprings zone). Note that the time will increase if we deliver a package.
We should also pay attention at the waypoints to see if the mailboxes are at the same level with us, because the stairs in here can be misleading. If the enemies give us a hard time we can always kill them, lose the mission, and get back to the motel to reactivate it.
Its not a bad idea that to search for additional mailboxes if weve failed the mission, for the fact that this will let us know their exact locations. After the packages are delivered, we return to the bounty board to complete Borderlands 2 Neither Rain nor Sleet nor Skags mission, or we can focus on other missions included in the Borderlands 2 walkthrough.
