Talking to Brick in Sanctuary after The Once and Future Slab will grant us the possibility to acquire an optional mission known as Borderlands 2 Rockos Modern Strife.
Brick explains to us that while he will stay in Sanctuary to provide help, he still needs some work to be done back in Thousand Cuts, and for that we have to speak to Rocko.

Walkthrough
In Borderlands 2 Rockos Modern Strife, first we have to travel to Thousand Cuts to talk to Rocko.
When we arrive here, we can see that Rocko is very close to our location, in a small shack on top of a cliff. Speaking with him will complete Borderlands 2 Rockos Modern Strife, and will also give us our next optional mission, Defend Slab Tower.
