Yota announced the 2nd-gen dual screen Yotaphone with Full HD display, Android 4.4 and Snapdragon 800 GPU on MWC Barcelona. The YotaPhone 2 features a larger EPD with full touch control, as well as an improved AMOLED color display and the Android OS. 2nd Gen Yota Smartphone packs the following features: 5-inch Full HD AMOLED front display and a back facing qHD E-Ink back screen with 960 x 540p resolution, 2.3 Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear facing camera LED flash, 2MP front camera, 2550 mAh battery, 4G support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS support, 32GB internal storage, FM Radio and the Android 4.4. KitKat operating system.
2nd Generation Yota smartphones will be available in two colors: black and white. The pricing for this device hasn’t been confirmed, nor did the official shipping date. We can speculate that the phone will be ready for a late 2014 release.
