There are several different apps that show you how to link your Android contacts with your Facebook account, or other social networks, make it easier than ever to have all your friends, family, co-workers in one place.
ContApps
Its great and simple to use app that completely syncs your Facebook and Android. It works by drawing the contact information from your profile and adds it to your phone. You can also easily see your latest updates and statuses from your friends, located with their contact information. It shows both in a single space, makes it simple to keep. The social feeds is not quite working well yet, but Google It button will Google the persons name so you can view the internet details about the person whenever you like.

AddressBook
One of my favorite app to connect social networks to my Android device. This app got additional plug-ins like connect to Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Yahoo, Tumblr, YouTube, and so on. The plug-ins you needed or installed one had a own small button, which you can select and search for the contact information. This is the way to sync and manage profiles and contacts. It doesnt have the personalization of ContApps.
Facebook for Android
We all know this regular app, it helps you to connect and share information. Upload a photo, keep up with friends photos and status updates, and look up at their phone number and more. You can navigate anywhere; get to your groups, apps, pages, and settings with a single press. It got faster notifications; you will be alerted in real-time with new push notifications. Play games and access apps on the go. You can access to friend lists and subscription. But , note this is not like ContApps and AddressBook, it only connects Facebook.
