Based on your self-analysis ask yourself:

Set your goals based on your values, inclinations, interests, talents and future.

Work out the time frame to achieve your goal; Plan your course of action from now, for the next month, next year and the following years.

Your goals should be realistic and reflect the essence of your ‘mission statement’

Visualize the end point of your goal repeatedly, This will give impetus to your sub-conscious mind which will ultimately take you by hand to your target.
