The Gresso released a new Android smartphone today, the Gresso Regal, which touts almost top of the line specs and a seriously impressive design and costs $3000.
On the specs part, the Gresso Regal comes with a 5-inch Full HD protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display with 1920*1080 resolution. It got 2GB RAM, and a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and got a 32 GB Internal Storage and no mention on external memory. It got a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The device got a single SIM slot and runs Android 4.2.1.
So, the design and built part is affording the price tag. Yes, this is a design piece and as such the price represents the build quality. Straight off the bat the first thing to note is the Regal is made of Premium Grade 5 Titanium.
There will only be 999 units made (dont ask why its not a 1000) and that is it. No variants, no more roll-outs, no invites, no nothing. If you buy one you will be $3000 out of pocket but you will have a manually assembled, one of 999, titanium built smartphone.
