On January 7, 2012 Rockstar North has most recently begun accepting applications for Game Testers in Grand Theft Auto V. GTA 5 car and dog

According to the trailer, Grand Theft Auto V will have a variety of vehicles, including airplanes, helicopters, convertible cars, utility vehicles, emergency service cars, motorcycles, and jet skis. It has been confirmed that players will be able to fly planes, this was not possible in GTA IV because of the size of the map but will be in GTA V because the map is bigger.

New businesses also appear, as seen in the trailer, such as the Bugstars fumigation company and Up-n-Atom Burger fast food restaurant.

GTA 5 Extreme

Weaponry is not currently revealed in full. As seen in the trailer, there are Norinco Type 56-2 assault rifles with sound suppressors, mounted lasers, olive drab polymer furniture, and side-folding stocks. This leads to the return of suppressed weapons and the possibility of attaching suppressors to most firearms or having an individual variant of the weapon that has a suppressor while the other remains without any attachments.

We can tell you that the three main characters if you dont know yet will be called Michael, Trevor and Franklin. Each character has their own backgrounds as you can expect, with some more financially stable than others yes, the rough looking hill billy type has now been confirmed as Trevor.

Michael on the other hand is the 40 something year old chap we have been seeing in the flash suits, while Franklin is the young rookie who was originally seen running away from police in the very first screenshots that Rockstar put out. All three characters will come together in Grand Theft Auto 5, with the player having the option to switch between all three members at any time, with solo, co-op or three man missions all playing a part in an epic storyline, on a truly epic open world.

Highlights on New details of 2nd trailer

  • New vehicle! Trevor heads off road
  • A fighter jet soars over the Vinewood sign before launching missiles at a police helicopter. We still don’t know whether you’ll only be able to pilot planes as Trevor, or whether all characters can get behind the stick.
  • Franklin’s spotted taking part in dirt bike races. Though it’s difficult to tell, it looks like GTA 5 may use the same Euphoria animation engine as GTA 4, as we see racers tumbling off their bikes, and reacting naturally to the fall.
  • Trevor is seen driving a 4×4 out the back of a freight airplane, before jumping out of the car and parachuting down to Earth.
  • The new trailer is about the three protagonists and their life stories, and as you can see the guy who was shown in the first trailer has a family and a son who falls into a lot of issues.
  • The most striking thing we came across in the trailer was the one of the protagonists jumping out of an airplane in a car, and then jumping out of that car into a freefall mid-jump. We dont know if its just one set piece during one of the missions or something you can do as a common activity, but it looks awesome.

Train Crash GTA

  • A scene where two trains crash into each other and a character jumps off one of them is the best thing you will see in this entire trailer.
