How To Create Email Account - Samsung Galaxy Note Pro

Learn how to create Email account on your Samsung Galaxy Note Pro. Use Email to view and manage all your email accounts in one application.

  • From a Home screen, touch Apps icon > Email icon.

Creating an Email Account

To create your first email account:

  • Touch Email icon. The first time you set up an email account, the Set up email screen displays.
  • Touch an email account type, such as Corporate. If you do select Corporate, see Corporate Email Account.
  • Enter your email address in the Email address field.
  • Enter your password in the Password field. If you want to see your password as it is being typed, touch Show password to create a check mark.
  • Touch Next icon or touch Done on the keyboard. The Account options screen displays.
  • Review and configure the settings.
  • Touch Next icon.
  • Enter a name for this email account (optional) and touch Next or touch Done on the keyboard.The Set up email screen displays.
  • Touch another email account type and repeat Steps 3 through 8.

OR

  • Touch Done with accounts.
  • The Email inbox displays.

Creating Additional Email Accounts

To create additional email accounts after setting up your first account, follow these steps:

  • Touch Email icon. Your Email screen displays showing your emails from the active account.
  • Touch Menu Key > Settings.
  • Touch Add account to add another email account.
  • Enter the information required to set up another account.
  • Touch Send email from this account by default, if you want to enable the option. Touch the check box to create a check mark.
