Learn how to use Video Camera on your HTC One M8. Audio is recorded when you’re in this scene, but will only be available when video is played back in normal speed.
Open the Camera app.
Switch to Video mode.
When you’re ready to start recording, tap Video Camera icon.
Change focus to a different subject or area by just tapping it on the Viewfinder screen.
Tap Pause icon the flash icon to turn the flash on or off.
Tap to pause the recording, and then tap to resume.
To stop recording, tap Stop icon.

Note: Choose Normal scene to use this feature.
While you’re recording video using the main camera, tap Camera icon to capture a still shot of your subject.
Setting the video resolution
Switch to Video mode.
On the Viewfinder screen, tap Menu icon to show the camera options.
Tap Settings icon.
Tap Video Quality, and then choose a video resolution.
