Browsing web pages
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- Enter a website address in the address box. Your phone displays matching websites as you type.
- Touch the website you want to visit.
Managing bookmarks
Bookmarks let you keep track of your favorite websites.
Adding a bookmark
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- On the Browser screen, open the web page you want to add as a bookmark.
- Touch Menu Key > Save to bookmarks.
- Name the bookmark or use the default name. Then, touch OK.
Accessing a bookmark
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- On the Browser screen, touch Menu Key.
- Touch Bookmarks.
- Under Local, touch a bookmark.
Editing a bookmark
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- On the Browser screen, touch Menu Key.
- Touch Bookmarks.
- Touch and hold the bookmark you want to edit.
- From the displayed option menu, choose Edit bookmark.
- Edit the bookmark.
- Touch OK.
Setting the home page
Set your favorite web page as your browser’s home page to make life a little easier.
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- On the Browser screen, touch Menu Key.
- Touch Settings > General > Set homepage.
- From the displayed option menu, choose the web page you want to set as the home page.
Clearing your browsing history
To better protect your privacy, clear your browsing history from time to time.
- On the home screen, touch Browser.
- On the Browser screen, touch Menu Key.
- Touch Settings > Privacy & security > Clear history.
- Touch OK.
