Learn how to use WPS on your Huawei Ascend P6. WiFi protected setup lets you quickly connect to a WiFi network. A safe connection is set up by pressing the Wireless Presentation System button or entering the PIN.

Note: To use the Wireless Presentation System function and set up a WiFi connection between your phone and a WiFi hotspot, make sure the WiFi hotspot also supports the Wireless Presentation System.

Using the Wireless Presentation System button

On the home screen, touch Settings icon then the All tab.
Under WIRELESS & NETWORKS, touch the WiFi switch to turn on WiFi.
On the WiFi network list, touch Refresh icon.
On the WiFi hotspot device, press the WPS button.

Using the Wireless Presentation System PIN

On the home screen, touch Settings icon then the All tab.
Under WIRELESS & NETWORKS, touch the WiFi switch to turn on WiFi.
On the WiFi network list, touch Menu icon.
Touch Input Wireless Presentation System PIN. Your phone generates a PIN.
On the WiFi hotspot device, enter the PIN.
