Huawei has officially announced their new Huawei Watch smartwatch at the IFA 2015. The smartwatch runs on Android Wear and is a round-faced watch that will go head to head with the likes of the Samsung Gear S2.
The Huawei Watch is definitely stylish and, with a 1.4 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels at 286 ppi and a thickness of 11.3 mm, it is certainly more compact than the Moto 360. The bezels are just 0.6mm thick too.
The Huawei Watch packs scratch-resistant sapphire glass, and a cold-forged, stainless steel unibody design. It comes in gold, silver or black and there are both fine-grain leather and stainless steel strap options.
The device comes with a 300 mAh battery that will give up to two days of usage and it features Bluetooth 4.1 and Google Android Wear OS, it will be compatible with Android 4.3 devices and above and Appleâs iOS devices running 8.2 or later.
Prices for the Huawei Watch start at $349.99 and go up to $799.99 for the gold model with the gold bracelet. You can find the specification of the watch below.
