While there are lot of rumors and leaks for iPhone 6S, we so far did not get much info about iPhone 6S Plus. The only thing we know for sure is that the phone is larger than iPhone 6S, that is until today.
Today, a few leaked images of iPhone 6S Plus reveals the display and add some extra credibility to the rumors of Force Touch technology reaching both iPhones. In fact, rumors of Force Touch is mainly focused on the “iPhone 6S Plus” in the past, as a possible benefit when compared to the iPhone 6S.
Beyond the Force Touch sensor visible in the second picture, there is little to physically distinguish the iPhone 6s Plus from last year’s iPhone 6 Plus. What is even more interesting is that aside from that, we do not really see any difference between this display and the current one, leaving possibilities like a front-firing LED flash in the dirt. Of course, given that incremental “S” iPhones tend to focus on internal rather than external tweaks, which is of little surprise.
We have heard that the iPhone 6s Plus will be slightly thicker than its predecessor, be reinforced to avoid a Bendgate sequel. Another rumor claims that it will feature a 2,750-mAh battery instead of last year’s 2,910-mAh battery in iPhone 6 Plus.
Remember that there is no way to verify these leaked images, so take everything with a grain of salt. We will update you as soon as more information emerges.
