LG has announced their new flagship phone G Flex will be available in more than 20 European countries including UK, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden and Austria starting from this February. LG didn’t mention any other countries by name except that they are targeting “major European markets.”
According to LG, the European launch of G Flex will pave the way for rollouts in other parts of the world. meaning, the phone will be made available to other territories in the coming months. Currently LG G Flex is only available in some Asian countries such as Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. U.S. will have this phone by January 24th starting on Sprint network, followed by AT&T and T-Mobile.
The European version of G Flex has very little difference when compared to the U.S. or Asian version and will pack a 2.26 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM 8974) with Adreno 330 GPU running at 450MHz, 2GB LP DDR3 RAM and a 3500mAh battery. The LG G Flex also features 6 inch HD ( 1280 x 720 resolution) Curved P-OLED (Real RGB) display.
The LG G Flex will have a 13 mega pixel for rear camera for HD video recording and a 2.1-megapixel front-face in camera for voice calling. It comes in Titan Silver color case. You can find the complete technical specification below.

The phone ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and LG will likely offer Kitkat upgrade in the coming weeks. The phone’s UX comes with unique features such as QTheatre, Dual Window and Swing Lockscreen designed specifically for the curved screen.
LG has not revealed any pricing information on the European model or the exact release date, except that the phone will be available in February. This is expected considering the vast number of retailers and carriers that will be involved with the launch.Simply given the pricing on U.S. carriers, we can expect that the phone will be pretty expensive.
