AnTuTu has posted a chart with the top 10 best performing smartphones throughout the Q3 this year. The king of the chart is Meizu MX4, while the runner-ups are the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
The Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Alpha are just a whisker below the Meizu MX4, while the rest of the devices are noticeably slower. Meizu MX 4 is based on the MediaTek’s top-notch MT6595 chip with quad-core Cortex-A17 @ 2.2GHz and quad-core Cortex-A7 @ 1.7GHz plus the PowerVR G6200 GPU. The Galaxy Note 4 runs on the Snapdragon 805 chipset with a quad-core Krait 450 @ 2.7GHz and Adreno 420 GPU, while the Alpha uses company’s proprietary Exynos platform with a quad-core Cortex-A15 @ 1.8GHz, quad-core Cortex-A7 @ 1.3GHz and Mali-T628MP6 GPU.
