The developer edition of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is now available over Samsungs website. The Galaxy Note 4 comes with an unlockable bootloader, it will work only on Verizon.
AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile users will need to look to the development community for some after-market bootloader. The developer edition of Galaxy Note 4 is identical to normal version other than unlocked bootloader. It includes 5.7-inch display, 2560*1440 resolution, 3GB RAM, 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 16MP camera with OIS and more.
The Galaxy Note 4 developer edition for Verizon got listed last week, now it costs $700 without a contract.
