A tweet from tipster @upleaks reveals that Samsung is working on a new high-end device with the model number SM-G930. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is expected to be the SM-G920 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge should be the SM-G925.
After ruling out the new Galaxy S6 models that Samsung will introduce at MWC, is there a way that we can look at the past to predict the future? There absolutely is. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is the SM-G900. Adding 10 to that model number (just like the SM-G930 is 10 points above the Galaxy S6) gives us the SM-G910. Now if we can figure out what that model is, we would have a strong idea about the new high-end phone.
The SM-G910 is the Samsung Galaxy Round. It seems to us that we could be seeing a new curved screen phone from Samsung. Keep in mind that unlike the LG G Flex 2, which bends in at the top and bottom, the Galaxy Round curves in from the sides.
So our projection calls for a sequel to the Samsung Galaxy Round 2. Will this be unveiled at MWC?
