The title of worlds first 7-inch honeycomb tablet goes to ViewSonic. The ViewPad 7x 1024*600 resolution tablet leaked out earlier this month, its now fully official with Googles Android 3.0.1, HSPA+ connectivity, and a pair of cameras. Other specs are Tegra 2 dual-core processor, HDMI out, got a weight of 380g. There is still no words on release date. For more details read the press release.
